We have been supporting social projects for many years, especially in the Zollernalbkreis region. Our focus is primarily on organisations that help children and young people. With the support of WorldSkills Germany, we are also committed to promoting young talent.


The Lea SME Award is presented annually by Caritas and Diakonie, as well as the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labour and Tourism in Baden-Württemberg. ‘Lea’ stands for performance, commitment and recognition. The organisers' aim is, among other things, to strengthen cooperation between business and social welfare.
