As a logistics service provider, our client handles the assembly and sequencing of vehicle batteries for Mercedes. As a special feature, we are responsible for inventory management at the Vitoria site. This specifically involved expanding and adapting our interfaces to reliably map all material movements, inventory levels, and process steps in real time.

In addition to integration into the site-specific IT landscape, the focus was on the secure and transparent handling of battery logistics—including traceability, process monitoring, and compliance with all relevant guidelines for handling batteries.

We utilized nemetris JIS, our Warehouse Management System (WMS), and the nemetris Dashboard based on our battery best practices. Through close collaboration with our client, we were able to commission the system seamlessly.
