The component plant in Campinas manufactures various products/assemblies (including rear axles, door beams, wheel suspensions, and control arms) for different OEMs. The project covers the control of material flow from goods receipt through production to goods issue. A warehouse system (material storage and retrieval, replenishment control) is used, which is fully integrated into SAP. Another requirement was traceability processes for production control, such as washing, painting, repacking, reworking, etc. The challenge in this project was to record the relevant production and logistics processes and implement them. 

nemetris implemented the solution using the latest web technology. Web-based tablets and scanners were integrated to map the manufacturing and logistics processes. Close cooperation with the customer's project team enabled all requirements to be specified in detail and implemented.
